I have been helped by Malinda, Christine, Martha and have been in close contact with the wash crew. I usually wait or go for a walk with my dogs. I do not take a loaner because I can appreciate the "no pet" policy. I prefer to wait or get a shuttle service home. Malinda, Martha and Christine are knowledgeable and have very well rounded personalities, which is a must have in the customer service world.
