Can't diagnose their own vechicles So after I was in an accident, I took it to this dealership to get diagnostics done on why my audio was not working after an accident. They miss diagn So after I was in an accident, I took it to this dealership to get diagnostics done on why my audio was not working after an accident. They miss diagnosed their own vehicle saying it was a bad amp, which my insurance company would not pay for because they could not relate it to the accident. On top of that, after I asked about if it was covered by warranty they stopped responding. I then took it to another dealership who knew what they were doing and actually found that it was a blown speaker. So not only did they cause my insurance company not to pay for it, I bought a new amp costing me $1000.00 which ended up not being the problem. If you want someone that knows how to diagnose their own vehicles, don't take it here. By the way, it was the service manager that diagnosed it. The one person that should know what they're doing. More

The staff in the service department at Bredemann Lexus are so friendly, from the time you drive through the garage door until the time you drive out. Thank heavens for the maintenance plan and the fact that the leak was found. Marvin D was my Service Advisor. He was very reassuring about the repair that needs to be addressed on my vehicle. The fact that they could not pinpoint where the leak was coming from, he scheduled an appointment for the near future so they could inspect and repair. (They needed to clean the area where the oil was found) It is a very small leak I was told. My car will be repaired under warranty. I have all the confidence in the service department. quick and easy I recently brought my car in for service and I was blown away! Christine met me at my car and was in for my recall on my airbag. I did not have my insurance card on me and Malinda was kind enough to get my current one so I could use a loaner car. she also went one step further and put a copy in my glove box. while this was taking place Martha got my loaner ready and paired my phone in seconds.
