Awesome! I brought in my 2014 Lexus RX 350 for service when I had almost about 50,000 miles on my vehicle and almost out of warranty. Martin approached me whil I brought in my 2014 Lexus RX 350 for service when I had almost about 50,000 miles on my vehicle and almost out of warranty. Martin approached me while I waited for a loaner a 2017 Lexus RX 350. I immediately fell in love with the car! The next day, we went over some numbers and see what he can do to make me happy and he did! I would've never thought of trading in my car that soon, but thanks to Christine and Martin and Mike the finance manager, I did and was very happy! Such a positive experience!
