Paying attention to details - the little things count! I purchased a Lexus about four weeks ago from a great salesperson - Al Holmer. Great personality, great service, great follow through. The price was fair and the service even better. So how do you top that? It's been said: "Don't sweat the small stuff... and it's all small stuff." Bredemann dealerships know this! When my Lexus was L-Certified they did a major service interval. I noted in the service book the key batteries were to be changed. Somehow - easily missed - mine had not been changed. About a week later I was getting the :low battery" signal for the key fob. I easily wrote Al who mentioned it to management who immediately had the issue corrected. I received by FedEx last Saturday an envelope from Martin Bredemann (who I think I read is fourth-generation Bredemann) inside were two batteries for my keys. A quick battery transplant with new batteries -voila - no more message. Now that's service at its finest. Sure, I could have shelled out the tenner for a couple of batteries but I guess I just wanted to see what kind of outfit I had been dealing with. Well, that great service sure as heck spoke volumes about character and knowing how to treat customers. I am a university professor and have taught for many, many years. I'm issuing an A+ to Al Holmer and Martin Bredemann and his dealership. To the head of the class you go, young men! More
Customer for life! I am so grateful for the service staff at Bredemann Lexus especially Malinda and Christine. I was supposed to be picking up my grandson and my tire li I am so grateful for the service staff at Bredemann Lexus especially Malinda and Christine. I was supposed to be picking up my grandson and my tire light came on, so i stopped in to quickly add some air to my tires. Christine greeted me with a smile and had someone check my tires right away. Unfortunately one of my tires was 15 pounds low. while I was discussing my options with Christine Malinda had put together an estimate on a replacement tire and verified it was in stock. i was inand out in no time. Great team work. More

Although my family has been buying cars from this dealership for years with amazing service, I would like to talk about my own recent car buying experience. My husband’s car had recently been totaled and I needed a car quickly. We called our trusted Sales Representative Howard Meron and explained the situation. In his friendly Howard manner, he made himself available immediately. My dad and I told Howard what we were looking for and the price range which was not to be exceeded. Howard did exactly that; he gave us a list of cars that met my criteria and were in my budget. As most of you know, buying a car can be a very painful experience. Howard not only made my experience very enjoyable, but he did it with laughter, jokes, expertise, honesty, trustworthiness and, of course, a smile. When I was vacillating between models, Howard did not try to sway me towards the more expensive option, but he gave me his honest advice. He indicated that the car I was considering had been the most popular and reliable Lexus model for years. After pondering his statement, it sealed the deal for me. His past knowledge in terms of reliability was invaluable to me. Howard spent over an hour (even past closing time) going over the car’s options and showing me how its many options/features worked. He will always be our go to guy in every situation. He even went as far as to give me a ladybug key chain for good luck and to keep me safe in my travels. How do you beat that?!!!! The whole Bredemann Lexus community (all departments included) was nothing but welcoming, pleasant, friendly and a joy to work with. Best service ever! I recently had an emergancy with my car not starting. Called Bredemann and Christine got me in right away. Malinda took the time to explain to me what I recently had an emergancy with my car not starting. Called Bredemann and Christine got me in right away. Malinda took the time to explain to me what caused my battery to go low so quick and how i can prevent it again. Before i left Martha was kind enough to pair my phone since my battery was replaced.
