Worst Customer Service Ever - Used to be Go-To Deaership This used to be our highest rated, go-to dealership for 2015 Leisure Travel RV Sprinter Van service that we recommended to all our RV Sprinter Van acq This used to be our highest rated, go-to dealership for 2015 Leisure Travel RV Sprinter Van service that we recommended to all our RV Sprinter Van acquaintances - not any more. We took a trip to Newfoundland this past summer and never experienced any tire issues over extremely rutted, potholed roads. Came home, took the RV in for an alignment and tire rotation. After service, took a trip to Sanibel and inside tire lost air due to a stem being replaced by inappropriate type for inside tire during its last service. Called dealership, asked them to replace with original rigid stem and they ARGUED they didn't do it and wouldn't replace it. No one else has serviced this RV since the September rotation - we have records to verify this. You would have thought they would have asked us to bring it in and let them look at, replaced with original rigid stem and kept a happy customer. Guess not...not part of their customer service training. Very sad - will be sure to share this experience with Mercedes, Leisure Travel Vans and at the RV show coming up in Tampa next week. They deliberately chose to LOSE A CUSTOMER over a valve stem. Suggested reading, #TheTenCommandmentsOfGreatCustomerService. More
