Thank you for your feedback. We truly apologize for the inconveniences you’ve encountered with your vehicle. The behavior you described by our Team is not tolerated and we will certainly take the necessary internal measures to ensure you and all of our customers are treated with only the highest level of respect on each and every visit, as is our policy. Regarding your vehicle, after having both our Technicians in-house and also Mercedes-Benz USA Manufacturer Technicians come in to look at your vehicle, neither our Team, nor the Manufacturer’s Team were able replicate the issue you describe. Additionally, in checking your vehicle’s fault system, there were no faults logged in the car. In order to address a problem with your vehicle, we must be able to either see a fault code in your vehicle’s fault tracking system, or at very least, be able to replicate the issue through trial use. Despite not being able to either replicate the issue or find a fault-code, Mercedes-Benz USA has made a generous “good will” offer on your vehicle and have indicated more would be added to the generous offer, should we be able to find the fault, or have some sort of proof that the error is occurring.
