This visit, 50,000 mile maintenance, was another example of that excellence. Dropped off our S80 the night before the service and picked up a loaner (a really nice XC60). At drop off I had a talk with Javier about how the car was running, whether I had any problems. He got down all the details and turned me over to Loreli who got me into my loaner vehicle quickly and easily, including a short instruction session on what was different in operation between my car and the loaner. I was on my way quickly. Javier called my the next morning, told me about their inspection of my S80 and the things that needed to be done. Gave me a complete explanation and made sure I understood everything. I gave to go ahead. Got a call in the afternoon that it was ready for pickup. Javier went over my invoice, explained everything again in detail and I was on my way with my S80 in short order. Just a great experience overall. More

Excellent and fast service. I had my car in for it's 60,000 maintenance. Ryan quickly and efficiently signed in and was given a loaner (I did have to schedule ahead for this per I had my car in for it's 60,000 maintenance. Ryan quickly and efficiently signed in and was given a loaner (I did have to schedule ahead for this perk). The girl was very nice and quick. The next day, my car was ready when Ryan said it would be, I although was stuck at a vet appointment and could not get to the dealership til after they closed. I called and they were very nice and thanked me for letting them know that I wasn't able to make it. I picked up my car the very next morning. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you for the fast and courteous service. More
