Mike Pritchett rocks! Mike picked up my V60 from my home (which is @25 miles from the showroom) to take it in to be detailed. He selected a loaner that operated similarly t Mike picked up my V60 from my home (which is @25 miles from the showroom) to take it in to be detailed. He selected a loaner that operated similarly to my car that I found very easy to adapt to and he returned my car at my convenience. Professional care still exists I stopped in without an appointment and my salesman saw me and tried to solve my car's problem before I even went back to service.
