Accident repair My car was sent to this dealership to have the door repaired from an accident. They managed to scrap the leather on my gear shift knob, scratch my door handle, and rip the leather on my emergency break and loose a piece to it. My leather seat also has scratches on it. My car's heat stopped functioning in the middle of 0* weather on Saturday. I was 150 miles away! Even though they were extremely busy,they accommodated me and I dropped off the car on Monday. They provided me with a loaner. They needed to order a part so the car was not ready until Thursday but they kept me informed every step of the way. I can always count on these guys to fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle. thanks More

Dishonest Dealer Fields Volvo is a dishonest company. They tried to charge me $7,200 dollars for work that I did not need. I went to an honest local Volvo shop and got Fields Volvo is a dishonest company. They tried to charge me $7,200 dollars for work that I did not need. I went to an honest local Volvo shop and got it fixed for $400. Ask around, their service writers are compensated to just sell more unnecessary work. That is how they make their money - in fact one of their service personnel told me that. I called the owner to tell him my story and he said there was nothing he could do to help. Dan Fields, the owner, was extremely unfriendly on the phone and was very arrogant. Stay away from this place unless you have a lot of extra money to waste. Honesty means nothing to Fields Volvo. More
