I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Fiesta Kia. On Friday, I went in and purchased a used vehicle that was located at one of their partner dealerships. The sales team took me through the entire process of buying this car—loan paperwork, signatures, the works—without ever having the vehicle physically present. Looking back, I should have paused, but the team at Fiesta Kia made it sound like everything was secure and finalized. I trusted them. That trust was misplaced. Today, I was informed—casually, with an “oops” phone call from the salesman—that the car I had “purchased” was sold by the other dealership before it could be shipped to me. No contact from a manager. No real apology. No attempt to make it right beyond offering to let me do the work of finding another car myself, and they’d waive the transfer fee as a “favor.” This wasn’t just a clerical error—it was a complete failure of communication, accountability, and customer service. It feels like I was tricked into a purchase they couldn’t fulfill, and they’ve done little to nothing to take responsibility. I’m sharing this so others can be cautious. Don’t let them run you through the full process unless the car is on-site and confirmed. I wouldn’t wish this mess on anyone. More

Everyone is very nice. Beautiful large and comfortable waiting room. Was a two hour wait time. They offered a free ride and pick up service. I stayed. A gorgeous aquarium that you can loose yourself in. The two hours flew by. My car was pretty dirty and they gave it a good wash job, no dripping water or streaks. More

I was involved in an accident on May 14, 2025. Damage to my 2009 Kia Rio was caused when an apartment resident backed out of a parking slot in our apartment parking lot into my vehicle as I drove Damage to my 2009 Kia Rio was caused when an apartment resident backed out of a parking slot in our apartment parking lot into my vehicle as I drove into the parking lot to our community mailbox. Her pickup truck rear bumper struck the passenger side of my vehicle just behind the back tire. After my insurance company inspected the damage, they determined repair costs exceeded the value of the car and it was totaled. Fortunately, Fiesta Kia was having a sale on cars during that timeframe. I talked to Greg Allen and explained my situation. He made several suggestions on cars for sale that fit my preferences. I made an appointment on Memorial Day at Fiesta Kia to meet with Greg, discuss my options, and decide what replacement vehicle to purchase. Greg suggested a new 2025 Kia K4. He discussed the new technology on the vehicle and took a test drive. I liked the Kia K4 and asked about the availability of a used Kia K4. Greg showed me a used 2025 Kia K4 and I agreed to buy that vehicle. Since I was able to pay cash, it eliminated the hassle of qualifying for a loan. Greg pointed out the many new features and suggested recommended going on YouTube to access the “Kia Features & Functions” videos for the 2025 Kia K4 model. Greg fully explained the process of the temporary license plate, when I could expect actual license plates and car title to arrive, had the car inspected, fueled, and serviced. When the car was ready the next day, Greg picked me up and drove me back to Fiesta Kia.He provided me with his phone number if I had any more questions about anything. Greg was very helpful, informative, and I am glad he was my salesperson at Fiesta Kia.I am really enjoying my replacement car. More
