This was the worse experience that I have had at Fiesta. The 3% charge for using a credit card! Plus the total lack of professionalism by Roy K. I walked in to the dealership everyone was friendly, nice and outgoing. Matthew Harwell was my sales representative, he is an amazing person to work with, very knowledgeable with cars.
