excellence service! Scheduled appointment on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Person on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought the car in next day, Monday at 12;3 Scheduled appointment on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Person on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought the car in next day, Monday at 12;30 pm and was out by 1:15 pm. The oil was changed, fluid levels checked and the car was washed and vacuum cleaned. EXCELLENT!! More

FIESTA KIA is a BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP I serve in the military and sought to buy a KIA on the Internet 250 miles from where I live. I contacted the Internet Sales Manager and coordinate I serve in the military and sought to buy a KIA on the Internet 250 miles from where I live. I contacted the Internet Sales Manager and coordinated an agreement to take my trade-in for what I owe the bank and sell me the car (Sonata Hybrid) for "invoice" with incentives. (The sale price I negotiated over the phone was consistent as found from TRUECAR.com buyers). I verified the offer before I started my 4-hour travel plans by asking multiple times clarification and emphasized that I would be traveling a long distance to achieve the deal. The Internet Manager reviewed the deal with the General Manager and accepted the terms we agreed too. I was told to come on in and we would be able to complete the transaction as they had many Sonota Hybrid cars. Furthermore, the dealership recently bought a bowling alley next to the dealership to expand its used car lot. This addition for the dealership suggested that they were low on used car inventory and would therefore have reason to give more for dealer trade-in cars. I then elected to travel 250 miles (4-Hours) to the dealership. When I arrived they showed me the car for sale and then they tried to renegotiate what we previously agreed. This action was initiated by the dealership to try and change the terms of the deal after I arrived!!! They desired to change the deal by refusing to discount the dealers car with the factory incentives and furthermore reduce the trade-in value. The deal was re-offered with a $7,000 change to advantage the dealership. Deceptive cheating style business practices!!! - The Internet Sales Manager stated to me that they are pressured to just get customers in the store at what ever it takes. Obviously, I blame the ownership and the selection of top management as well as the dealership business practices. This is the type of sales tactics ("bait and switch" - switching either terms or cars to advantage the dealership") from the 1970s. This was just unbelievably dishonest and deceptive!!!! Consequently, I recommend DON"T SHOP HERE unless you want to GET RIPPED OFF!!! Throughout the process of revisiting the deal that we agreed to over the phone, management tried to trick me with deceptive suggestions that the car they showed me did not come with any more incentives unlike the rest of the Sonota Hybrid cars. I said ok, then sell me one of the other cars with the incentives. They then refused to do that as well and told me the car I had was now worth $7,000 less than previously agreed to. It is worth noting the car I was trading in was a Mazda6 (2015) with only 3,500 miles and never been smoked in or have any issues. I later was able to get the trade-in value I sought when I decided to buy a different car (Honda Hybrid on a lease) from a reputable dealership. That other DEALER took care of me from start to finish. Review Summary: DON'T BUY HERE unless you want to GET RIPPED OFF!!! Dealership deserves ZERO STARS!!! More
