Went and spent a good deal of time. Found a car I wanted. Was told that it needed to go through some sort of inspection first. Went home to wait for a call that never came. Finally called back and was told the car was already sold. Sorry about that. Said I was interested in another car that they had offered to bring down from Santa Fe and there was absolutely no interest in helping me. Very disappointed. More
I brought my car in for service after receiving an email from my car that tire pressure required immediate service. The service department fit me into the schedule and fixed the problem. I waited for my car in the customer waiting area which is beautifully maintained and enjoyed a small snack. I would highly recommend Fiesta Subaru. More
Sales person lacks basic knowledge about Subaru vehicles. Believes unsubstantiated rumors. Service people are nice, but fail to go over work performed and make unnecessary recommendations. Originally we went to look only, but purchased a new Outback that day. Scott Alexander, our salesman, showed us the Outback SUVs. We received a full description of the new technology, drove one on the Outback that day. Scott Alexander, our salesman, showed us the Outback SUVs. We received a full description of the new technology, drove one on the road. Scott helped us with our trade-in and service and warranty details. Scott showed us other Outback models to find the one for us. Scott and the other fellows at Fiesta were all very helpful. More
i would give them negative stars if that was an option. I traded in my subaru outback for a new forrester and the outback has not been paid off. It has been almost 30 days. I have fied a complaint with subaru and may have to file a police report as a stolen vehicle More

Had a great experience (except for so much driving b’tween home & the dealership) buying, trading back in and purchasing a different Outback (Ltd.) all within a week or so. I have to say that the staf b’tween home & the dealership) buying, trading back in and purchasing a different Outback (Ltd.) all within a week or so. I have to say that the staff made dealing with the complicated process seem like some fairy godmother waved a her wand & made things work flawlessly! We waited a while a couple of times, but the facility is so pleasant and accommodating that it wasn’t a big deal. We REALLY appreciated the the side-by-side protected unloading/loading space for getting stuff from the old to the new vehicles! More
