Customer service was exceeded my expectation. I had a bad battery which left me stranded. After a tow company jumped my car i headed straight there and showed up at 430, on a Friday, no appointme I had a bad battery which left me stranded. After a tow company jumped my car i headed straight there and showed up at 430, on a Friday, no appointmen. I explained my dilemma and they were kind enough to rescue me. They replaced the battery and checked to make sure there were no other issues. The waiting area felt like home, lots of extra touches including snacks. Everyone was so friendly, They even washed my car! Made a bad day turn out great. More

Took my vehicle for tire repair and was told it was not repairable and that I would need to purchase a new tire that cost $197 - took my car to Big O and they repaired for FREE! I drove to White Sands, Car repairable and that I would need to purchase a new tire that cost $197 - took my car to Big O and they repaired for FREE! I drove to White Sands, Carlsbad Caverns, El Paso and back to Albuquerque and no issues with the tire - thank you Big O! More
