Poor service; lack of respect for the customer and the customers property entrusted to their care/service. Management never fix anything even after customer complaints. Tyler was the best, I highly recommend him as a salesperson. I'm glad that Subaru offers training on all the bells and whistles. While I receive good service whenever i have my car serviced I think the dealership should not charge me a surcharge to use my credit card.
