They need to work on attention to detail. Had my car for over a week to do an oil change and some major work; when I picked it up they hadn’t updated sticker for next visit. Next time they advertised stop in anytime for an oil change. I tried but they said maybe tomorrow. The most recent visit they parked the car overnight in an outside lot and someone bashed in the back window. Two visits to replace the window and remove broken glass but you can still hear broken glass rattling around when you go around a corner. On top of all this I keep getting emails that I missed an appointment which is totally untrue; they must have forgotten to check me in when I arrived. More

9:00 appointment. Simple oil change took 2 hours and required me asking when the vehicle would be done at the counter to find it was waiting for me outside.
