Beyond the work done, when I started to drive away I noticed that items that were in my center console were now on the passenger seat and in the cup holders?? I was told when I made the appointment that the maintenance should take between 2-3 hours. Ended up being closer to 5 hours. A loaner car was provided, which was greatly appreciated. More
