I would rate a ZERO!! This dealership would not take my approved loan offer from my bank, USAA. Wanted me to use "their" banks where interest was double. I went to Mazda who eagerly took my loan offer, p approved loan offer from my bank, USAA. Wanted me to use "their" banks where interest was double.
