My 2024 Suburu Crosstrek had just hit 1000 miles brand new after 1 month from purchase when the engine blew leaving me stranded 130 miles away from home….I thought Suburu’s were supposed to be reliable…ev new after 1 month from purchase when the engine blew leaving me stranded 130 miles away from home….I thought Suburu’s were supposed to be reliable…even the cheapest car I can think of can surpass that millage brand new…would not recommend. Very courteous and helpful staff. Our only issue was having to wait a month for replacement part to come in. Did not enjoy driving the loaner Outback, too wide and too many buttons th Our only issue was having to wait a month for replacement part to come in. Did not enjoy driving the loaner Outback, too wide and too many buttons that I could not figure out because of the plastic shield covering the options screen. But then I am very partial to the older Forester's as well as the 2020 model. More

Josh Coleman was just great to work with. I got a 2023 Forester Premium, which was exactly the right decision for me, and he found my much loved 2020 Forester Touring a lovely new home. Win-win! I have been a Subaru Finance Manager since 2006 and Josh saved me a trip to Wisconsin, where Sommer’s Subaru is the only place I ever purchased my previous Foresters. Fiesta is the Sommer’s of the West in my book, and in excellent company! More
