Called up the dealership looking for a manager, Red Donohue answered the phone, he was very pleasant and very informative on the product. I ended up driving the TL home. The deal went so smooth, I woke up in the middle of the night to take a look in my drive way. It wasn’t a dream. I had originally stopped at Findlay Acura just to see what they had to offer. I was leasing my then Toyota Avalon and wasn't sure what I wanted next. I really didn't want to get to involved this time around as I wanted to check out all my options. Alejandro greeted my husband and myself and told me about the different models Acura had to offer. He suggested a test drive of the TL and I secretly fell in love with it that day. I loved the way it handled. Two months later and many others test drives behind me I went back to Findlay and asked for Alejandro as I remembered how informative and pleasant he was. This time I drove the RDX and the TSX as well. Car buying is usually sooo painful but not this time. We arrived at the price we wanted and never felt pressured or annoyed. It was truly a pleasant experience. Alejandro has been in touch with me on several occasions making sure everything is going great with my new TL. Service extraordinaire. And free car washes too!
