Stay away from Findlay Cadillac’s service department —because this experience was not luxury service. It was a month-long mechanical melodrama with no communication, no competent diagnosis, and a surpri —because this experience was not luxury service. It was a month-long mechanical melodrama with no communication, no competent diagnosis, and a surprise ending where my car came home with more problems than it arrived with. I scheduled a Tuesday appointment, even though they already knew they could not inspect the car until Thursday. Apparently, respecting my time was an optional accessory. It took until the following week to receive a diagnosis, and days would pass without a call, text, update, smoke signal, or carrier pigeon. First, they claimed the battery-coolant reservoir was cracked. Then it was supposedly a leaking hose, which caused my warranty claim to be denied. Next, they announced that the part was unavailable and nearly insisted I take the car back broken and without any way to repair it. Then—plot twist!—they found the part after all. By that point, their incorrect presentation of the problem had left me facing a $1,500 repair. The alleged “leak” was near the overflow hose at the top of the reservoir—where coolant is supposed to escape. There was no crack. I have now driven the car for two weeks without losing a single drop of coolant. That $1,500 diagnosis aged about as well as milk in the Las Vegas sun. But wait, there’s more! My car was returned with fractures in the touchscreen and cruise control that no longer works. Neither problem existed when I dropped it off. Findlay denied responsibility but graciously offered to submit another claim against my warranty and let me pay a $250 deductible to repair damage that appeared while the car was in their possession. The audacity was fully loaded, even if the customer service was not. I was interrupted, talked over, treated rudely, and even hung up on. After nearly a month of delays, misdiagnosis, dreadful communication, and new damage to my vehicle, Findlay Cadillac has completely lost my trust. I will never return. Take your car somewhere else, because this service department is an absolute wreck—and not the fabulous kind. More
I just bought from Findlay Cadillac and I couldn’t be happier. Mike Waldman went above and beyond. He didn’t rush me, answered every question about trims and features, and found me the right Cadillac in happier. Mike Waldman went above and beyond. He didn’t rush me, answered every question about trims and features, and found me the right Cadillac instead of just the most expensive one on the lot. Findlay Cadillac made it easy. Transparent pricing, no games, and the finance team was just as straightforward. It felt like working with someone who actually cared about getting me into the right car. If you want a no-stress car buying experience in Henderson, talk to Mike at Findlay Cadillac. 10/10 would come back. More

I'm a purchaser of a new 2026 Cadillac Escalade Platinum Sport and I live out of state. Salesman delivered my car to me without all the dealer installed options on it. He didn't even know that the options weren't on the vehicle. I finally had the parts installed by a local dealership in my state. More
This has been one of the most disappointing “new” vehicle purchases I’ve ever experienced. I leased a brand-new 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ, and within the first 960 miles the vehicle experienced a significant d purchases I’ve ever experienced. I leased a brand-new 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ, and within the first 960 miles the vehicle experienced a significant drivability issue after DC fast charging. The vehicle displayed a “Reduced Acceleration – Drive with Care” warning, would not complete charging, and I no longer felt comfortable driving it. I ended up canceling a planned trip to San Diego to visit my family because I lost confidence in a vehicle that was only a few days old. The vehicle is currently at the dealership for diagnosis, but what has been even more disappointing is the lack of customer-focused resolution. I requested that dealership leadership consider unwinding the lease given how quickly the issue occurred, but I was told that because the lease had already been funded, they could not help. I understand that vehicles can have defects and that repairs are sometimes necessary. What separates a great dealership from an average one is how they respond when something goes wrong. In my case, I was hoping for flexibility, empathy, and a willingness to stand behind the customer experience. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I am now left with a brand-new vehicle that I no longer trust, while having to pursue other options with Cadillac corporate & the NHTSA. I sincerely hope Findlay Cadillac reconsiders its position and works toward a resolution. Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
I had a great experience working with Courtney Marvelli and Dylan Kellow at Findlay Cadillac in Henderson. After dealing with around 20 different dealerships, they were the first ones who truly felt honest and Dylan Kellow at Findlay Cadillac in Henderson. After dealing with around 20 different dealerships, they were the first ones who truly felt honest with me and gave me realistic numbers on both the 2025 Ram 2500 diesel I was buying and my trade-in. I drove about 6 hours to pick up the truck, and unfortunately, it was not ready when I arrived. At that point, I was prepared to walk away, drive home empty-handed, and be pretty upset. Instead, Courtney, Dylan, and the dealership went above and beyond to make it right. They paid for a one-way flight home and covered the cost to ship the truck to me — all out of the dealership’s pocket. What at first seemed like it was going to be a bad experience ended up restoring my faith that customer service is still important to some companies. Things do not always go perfectly with a vehicle purchase, but what matters is how a dealership handles it when there is an issue. Findlay Cadillac stepped up and took care of me. I really appreciate the honesty, communication, and the effort they made to make the deal right. More
Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer, Granted it is used and knowingly so I had asked multiple times before delivery of the vehicle on the recon report and it stated the sunroof is operational. Unfortunately wh knowingly so I had asked multiple times before delivery of the vehicle on the recon report and it stated the sunroof is operational. Unfortunately when applying for an extended warranty and paying for an inspection the vehicle is not coverable due to the sunroof not being operable. Reached out to my sales person and no response and or help More
Dealership was very helpful and attentive. I visited from out of state and they were very accommodating and communicative prior to my visit. I visited from out of state and they were very accommodating and communicative prior to my visit. More
I’ve purchased several vehicles from Findlay Cadillac over the years and have also brought multiple vehicles there for service. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with both the sales team and the service over the years and have also brought multiple vehicles there for service. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with both the sales team and the service department. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their loaner vehicle availability. Before the pandemic, I could typically bring my vehicle in for service without an appointment and receive a loaner with no issues. Since then, the number of available loaners seems to have been significantly reduced, making it much more difficult to get one when my vehicle needs service. In fact, loaner availability was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase a Mercedes-Benz for my personal vehicle, as my local Mercedes dealership consistently has plenty of loaner cars available during service appointments. That said, I still own my Escalade and plan to continue having it serviced at Findlay Cadillac because I’ve been happy with the dealership overall. If they could improve their loaner program, I would gladly give them five stars. More
Bought an Optiq EV, Rafael Correia was the sales person and he has very in depth knowledge of the vehicle. Dealing with him Marc Alberto, and Ronnie Camden was great - not the pushy people you get at some and he has very in depth knowledge of the vehicle.
