I want to share my experience to caution others. Although I personally completed all the purchase paperwork, Mr. Hoffman entered everything under my husband’s name only. When I raised the issue and Although I personally completed all the purchase paperwork, Mr. Hoffman entered everything under my husband’s name only. When I raised the issue and provided clear proof of my involvement and completion of the documents, he attempted to dismiss my concerns and even suggested I had not completed the paperwork at all. This behavior felt not only dismissive but gaslighting—an attempt to make me doubt my own actions despite the evidence. Thankfully, I have the documentation to prove what actually happened. A dealership should respect all parties involved in a purchase and handle paperwork accurately. In this case, that standard was not met, and I left feeling disrespected and disregarded. Now, the dealership will have to defend evidence to the contrary in a court trial. More
