Do not use this dealership's service department for anything. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. Took them 5 days to look at my car then another 5 days to diagnose the p anything. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. Took them 5 days to look at my car then another 5 days to diagnose the problem and fix it. Lack of communication and disrespectful communication I received from this dealership was a huge problem. The problems I had with no communication or outrageous responses forced me to call Cadillac customer service and open a file with them. Once this was completed and Cadillac corp. was involved, I finally got a call from service manager. Again do not use them for anything. I will never go back here. More
