Charged me 45$ "rugs they used to provide services" they already charged me for labor. That's what adviser told me. Oil change 30$ more expensive than henderson chevy. Also couldn't figure out why code P056 already charged me for labor. That's what adviser told me. Oil change 30$ more expensive than henderson chevy. Scheduled an appointment to drop off my EV on Saturday morning, delivered the car to the Dealership on Saturday at 11am. Service closed at 5pm, didn't hear from the dealer. The Dealership is closed on S morning, delivered the car to the Dealership on Saturday at 11am. Service closed at 5pm, didn't hear from the dealer. The Dealership is closed on Sunday (that doesn't bother me since most of the Vegas Valley is closed on Sundays for some dumb reason). I reached out on Monday morning at 10:45am to get the status of my vehicle. I was told that their EV Techs don't work on the weekends and it was given to a tech today (Monday). I reach out again at 4pm because I again haven't heard anything. They tell me a Tech was assigned to it and they might have an answer in the morning (I'm assuming tomorrow morning - Tuesday). I asked them if nothing has been done with the car, can I come pick it up? They responded that the Tech has the vehicle, it is under diagnostic, and they should have an answer in the morning. Very frustrating. More

If I had known how easy and comfortable leasing a car would be, I would have done it years ago instead of putting money into my older car that seemed to break down on me at least 3 times a year. Jason made the whole experience painless and was patient, kind, and willing to do whatever it took to help me get my new lease! He cared more about finding a car that was the best for my situation and income instead of trying to upsell me like so many other car salesmen would do!
