Everyone that we met with that day went above and beyond for us. I truly felt that they were honest and upfront with us about every option we had. My wife and I did not even plan on buying a new vehicle that day. My Chevrolet Avalanche's transmission blew out a few days prior and we just wanted to see how much it would be to fix rather than look for a new vehicle. However, through the great team at Findlay working very hard for us to help us figure out what to do, we decided to look into another vehicle as an option. To make a long story short, we felt so comfortable with the way we were treated by Brian and Kevin, we decided to purchase a new vehicle.
