I go in today to test drive a BMW and they tell me that they need to run my credit before I can test drive. Before I leave I get told by the manager that it's outrageous that I come in and test drive cars without buying. I drove a Dodge Charger a few months back but didn't buy because I didn't like it. So I'm shooting 1 for 2 on buying cars that I drove from there. Don't come here, go elsewhere. More

2014 F150 Originally contacted this dealer about a RAM 1500. Emailed back and forth all week and set up an appointment on a Saturday morning at 10:30. Upon arri Originally contacted this dealer about a RAM 1500. Emailed back and forth all week and set up an appointment on a Saturday morning at 10:30. Upon arriving on time, sat at sales agents desk for around 25 minutes before we were even met. Then I was told that the truck I had come to see was in the process of being sold. There was no way to reserve truck and dealership doesn't offer any holds on vehicles. Keep in mind I made a 3 hour drive for this specific vehicle - which they were well aware of. Test drove the 2014 F150 and didn't really want to give these people my business but bought the truck as it was a good deal. However I will say that after not finding an owners manual in the truck they offered to ship one to my home, so I guess that was a plus. They also could only give me a price cut of $350 for my troubles. Unfortunately this is how most dealerships work and it's unfortunate that no matter who you talk to and set up times to see vehicles, they don't respect the effort that shoppers have put into finding the right vehicle. I'm from Michigan and quite a few dealerships around here offer a refundable deposit to see a vehicle if you set up a time. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend this dealership. More
