I had a wonderful experience. I went in only to test drive a car I was absolutely sure I wanted (just wanted to check it out in person). Rick even helped me get a better loan that also sped up the process because the loan I had applied for on my own through a bank was only conditionally approved and could take a few days to get approved, but Rick helped me get approved for a new loan through the same bank and that allowed me to get the car same day.
