Traded in for a newer 2015 Honda Pilot on 09/19/2022. Wow! Nothing but bait & switch, hidden facts and lies! Received MULTIPLE emails showing vehicle pricing at $12,995. I paid over $1,500 more than that Wow! Nothing but bait & switch, hidden facts and lies! Received MULTIPLE emails showing vehicle pricing at $12,995. I paid over $1,500 more than that price. Parts missing, some STILL on backorder. CarFax "portion" shown DID NOT include the fact that in 2014 there was an accident THAT DISABLED vehicle and triggered air-bags. Brakes NOT operating correctly, in for repair today ONLY BECAUSE the only key that was provided for the vehicle crumbled in the ignition earlier. NIGHTMARE!!! In my opinion a person would have to be a moron to buy any used vehicles from this dealership. This dealership justifies the general stereotype that used car dealers should NEVER BE TRUSTED! More

I got My oil changed on My Honda today. When it was finished I noticed a few scratches in the passenger side window tint. Made the service dept. aware of this.
