Went to Findlay Honda Henderson Nevada for an oil change and tire repair before a 1000 mile trip. Greeted by Michael Rocha III, found Mike to be very knowledgeable on the maintenance items, discussed the ma and tire repair before a 1000 mile trip. Greeted by Michael Rocha III, found Mike to be very knowledgeable on the maintenance items, discussed the maintenance required on my 2017 Honda Pilot this trip and asked him to list any other items required on my report. Maintenance was done quickly since I was leaving the next day on my trip. The most concern was the slow air leak on my rear driver’s side tire, he informed me there was a small puncture and it was patched. The tire stayed exactly inflated to the pressure the entire trip, this was a big relief as I was traveling in a very remote area of Nevada. The deferred items were listed as I requested on the report, we discussed these and I will take care of these later. Mike is very personable, listens, communicates very well, it was a pleasure to meet him and talk cars. One of my favorite subjects. I highly recommend Mike a a service consultant and Findlay Honda Henderson Nevada as I have taken my cars there for years, never disappointed! Five Star service with consultants and technicians that understand the product! More

We always have great service with Findlay Honda and the team! This time the wait was much longer than normal and fortunately was able to make arrangements, but would have been a little frustrated if I had team! This time the wait was much longer than normal and fortunately was able to make arrangements, but would have been a little frustrated if I had to wait at the dealership with the times being pushed back a couple of times. this doesn’t change our mind on continuing service with them and enjoy our car and the service they provide!
