I HAVE BEEN RAN AROUND MORE TIMES THAN I CAR TO COUNT IN THIS TOWN AT CAR DEALERSHIPS BEING A WOMEN.. THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST AND EASIEST CAR DEAL I HAVE EVER DONE AND I HAVE DONE A FEW HERE OVER THE YEARS THIS TOWN AT CAR DEALERSHIPS BEING A WOMEN.. I WENT OVER HERE BECAUSE I WAS SO UPSET AND WHEN I PULLED IN AS ALWAYS YOU SEE ALL THE CAR SALESMEN THEIR WAITING TO ATTACK BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, AS I ALSO WENT TO THE FIRST GENTLEMEN WHO BACKED UP WHO JUST SO HAPPEN TO BE THE FLOOR ROOM SALES MANAGER, HE AT THAT TIME HAD MR HARRIS RAPAPORT COME AND ASSIST ME, AT NO POINT WITH HIM DID HE EVER MAKE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR CHANGE THE NUMBERS ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES ITS TOOK TWO TIMES FOR ME TO GET THE PRICE AND DEAL I WAS AFTER.I WAS NOT RAN AROUND OR PLAYED GAMES WITH BEING A PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE BUSINESS WOMEN HERE IN THE VALLEY THIS WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND I WISH MANY MORE HAVE A AWESOME AND AS EASY EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP,ALSO VERY KID FRIENDLY(I HAVE 4 UNDER 8 WAS NO PROBLEMS) AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. HARRIS RAPAPORT AND I DON'T RECOMMEND MANY PEOPLE IN THIS TOWN BUT I FIRMLY BELIEVE WHEN SOME DOES A GREAT JOB THAT DESERVE TO HEAR IT AS WELL. More

She explained to me what my vehicle needed to have done to it and gave me the best price for such a large project(I need my rack & pinion replaced) and she even took me into the shop to speak with the technicinan, which William Collier completely explained to me exactly what I needed to have done and explained it to me in a way I could understand. I love how personable the staff there is. Even down to the cashier(Karen) who made sure I that i left with a smile on my face. This was the first time I had entertained buying a car online. After a few emails Chris had an idea what I was looking for and in what price range. The Customer service was AMAZING!! We went in to trade our 2006 Ford for a 2010 Honda but the deal did not go through. Instead we walked away with a brand new 2010 Honda Civic. While we were waiting for the deal to go through, they kept in touch and wanted to make sure everything was going alright for us. Harris was Super friendly and as far as car dealers go he was excellent, he didn't try to push us into something that we didn't want, instead helped us to get into something that we actually wanted. Everyone we worked with helped us out and was extremely friendly. I definitely had a great experience making a deal with Findlay Honda and I am going to recommend this dealership to everybody I know. We got such a great deal and got more than we bargained for car wise. The price is perfect, we were going to have to pay more per month on an older car then we do on this brand new one so that is a PLUS! Just overall We had a WONDERFUL experience and couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant and sales manager than Harris Rapaport and Elan Yankovee. Thanks for the great experience guys. More
