This was my first service visit to Findlay after purchasing my vehicle in March. I was very impressed with Colton's friendliness and professionalism throughout my visit. It was a busy Saturday, and normally I would not like waiting, but Colton's great attitude and seeing his attentiveness to every customer, I didn't mind waiting because I knew I would receive the same great service. Robin Absher was only employed by this dealership 2 weeks prior to my visit on September 28, 2011. She was very knowledgeable considering she had been there for only a short time. Elan stepped in when the deal was to be finalized. He, too, was not pushy and worked with us (my neighbor and me). I was very satisfied with the service rendered at this dealership. I have recommended you to my friends. Not sure if and when they may see you as money is tight for so many people. I was also very pleased with the trade-in value on my Dodge truck. Robin called me the next day to make sure everything was all right with my Honda FIT. I told her I was very pleased with it. A couple of days later I called her because I needed to get to the post office before it closed and it was raining. I did not know how to use the widnshield wipers and did not have time to read the manual. She was very gracious and said "let me go to a car and I can tell you what to do." She walked me through and taking that extra step really meant a lot to me. More

I choose Honda for many reasons, first the company, the quality they produce, there knowledable sales staff, not pushie, they let the car speak for its self. I was treated as I would treat any of my closest friends.. I have lasting communication with my piers at this dealership. my wife and myself love this vehicle, the way it handles, the looks, the economy, and the Price..
