Profssional friendly staff. My only criticism is tI he price negotiation went on to long. After we got past that, it was really good especially when going through the financing where we were offered but price negotiation went on to long. Nancy is the first service adviser that I have ever really gotten to know. I always call her now for any service to my car. I was not looking forward to going through the process of buying a new car. Aaron was very efficient, respectful and friendly.
