I can not give Nancy Harter enough praise for the quality in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. She is diligent and pleasant, and i can always count on her to answer in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. Even though there have been several manufacturing issues surrounding my make and model honda accord 2009, i just may stick with Honda only because of the excellence in customer service. Taking your car in for service is not something we all look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. Recently, my wife's car was in for service (we both have Hondas), and I was promptly given a ride home, and the rear brakes were replaced quickly. I have had experiences in the past with car dealers, and I usually end up waiting 4-5 hours total to get the deal I want. I was so impressed with the speed at which I got my deal and got out, in just 2 hou I usually end up waiting 4-5 hours total to get the deal I want. With the help of Bill, Angel, Don and finally Kevin, we got an AWESOME deal on our Honda Pilot 2012.
