I have purchased several vehicles from Findlay Honda over the years including Preludes, CRV"s and Pilots. I know how Hondas perform and that is why I keep coming back. But the friendly and helpful employees have made my purchases smooth and successful, and that s another reason why I return. In late May of this year, my wife and I purchased a new 2022 Honda CRV. As we were waiting for delivery, we had planned on going to Hawaii and would not be in Henderson when it arrived. We were assured by salesmen, Jay Douri, he would take care of it. He contacted us several times to give us updates. The vehicle arrived and we were still no back home in Henderson. I had worked out an arrangement for our neighbor to accept delivery in our absence. Jay contacted her and drove the car to our house where our friend had opened the garage door. Jay drove the vehicle to our house. I appreciated that he would do that. Also, finance director, Melissa Bell, went out of her way to help us during our purchase. Findlay Honda of Henderson should be proud to know they have employees like Melissa and Jay .We will be back to make our next Honda purchase. By the way, since we were unable to fill out the survey form from American Honda Motor and it expired is it possible to have them emailed another survey.? I would appreciate if that can be done. .
