Sevice there is always really good. I take my element in for oil changes and basic maintenance. The express service is quick 20 to 30 min in and out. I have recommended you to my friends. Not sure if and when they may see you as money is tight for so many people. I was also very pleased with the trade-in value on my Dodge truck. Robin called me the next day to make sure everything was all right with my Honda FIT. I told her I was very pleased with it. A couple of days later I called her because I needed to get to the post office before it closed and it was raining. I did not know how to use the widnshield wipers and did not have time to read the manual. She was very gracious and said "let me go to a car and I can tell you what to do."
