Jeff and I are old hats at this. This is my 4 Ridgeline. I know Jeff is the Finance person and totally believes in the Honda products. I can not give Nancy Harter enough praise for the quality in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. She is diligent and pleasant, and i can always count on her to answer in customer service she has given to me and a coworker of mine over the years. It would be wonderful if all places of business had a "Nancy Harter" who's professionalism and efficiency made my hectic days a little easier. Even though there have been several manufacturing issues surrounding my make and model honda accord 2009, i just may stick with Honda only because of the excellence in customer service. I would also like to give a "shout out" to Obi who figured out why my navigation system was defective. Taking your car in for service is not something we all look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. In fact, I have driven in from Summerlin look forward to. However, I have been going to Nancy and Travis for many years, and they are the Dream Team. In fact, I have driven in from Summerlin just because the service is so great. They are always very courteous and honest. I always know that I am being treated fairly. Recently, my wife's car was in for service (we both have Hondas), and I was promptly given a ride home, and the rear brakes were replaced quickly. If you need your Honda serviced, and are looking for a good dealership with great service, then go see Nancy or Travis at Findlay...you won't be sorry. Great job guys! EM More

I have had experiences in the past with car dealers, and I usually end up waiting 4-5 hours total to get the deal I want. I was so impressed with the speed at which I got my deal and got out, in just 2 hou I usually end up waiting 4-5 hours total to get the deal I want. Jeff Eehuis, finance manager, was pleasant to work with and always had a smile on no matter how much I complained about a horrible experience I had at another dealership on the west side of town. Jeff answered all my questions and worked hard to make my purchase stress free.
