I have been buying Honda's for many years and was delighted that Lawrence Deocampo helped us with my most recent purchase of our Honda Pilot. Sevice there is always really good. I take my element in for oil changes and basic maintenance. The express service is quick 20 to 30 min in and out. Staff is always friendly and waiting area is nice and c for oil changes and basic maintenance. The express service is quick 20 to 30 min in and out. I highly recommend Findlay Exprsss Service. I've always been treated fairly. Each time I've gone to Findlay, to have my Oil Changed, it been quick and easy. Robin Absher was only employed by this dealership 2 weeks prior to my visit on September 28, 2011. She was very knowledgeable considering she had been there for only a short time. I was very impressed with her because she was not pushy. If I asked a question she could not answer, she asked Elan Yakovee and then came back with her answer. Elan stepped in when the deal was to be finalized. He, too, was not pushy and worked with us (my neighbor and me). I was very satisfied with the service rendered at this dealership. I have recommended you to my friends. Not sure if and when they may see you as money is tight for so many people. I was also very pleased with the trade-in value on my Dodge truck. Robin called me the next day to make sure everything was all right with my Honda FIT. I told her I was very pleased with it. A couple of days later I called her because I needed to get to the post office before it closed and it was raining. I did not know how to use the widnshield wipers and did not have time to read the manual. She was very gracious and said "let me go to a car and I can tell you what to do." She walked me through and taking that extra step really meant a lot to me. More
