Nancy is the first service adviser that I have ever really gotten to know. I always call her now for any service to my car. I was not looking forward to going through the process of buying a new car. Aaron was very efficient, respectful and friendly. I came in to purchase a used car for my son. David Glenn was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered with us and basically wasting his time. If I had to rate Mr. Glenn, I'd give him an "F", and would NEVER EVER do any type of transaction with him. With good customer service being a top priority, Mr. Glenn should not be working for Findlay Honda. More
