Marissa was very attentive in what we were looking for and knew exactly what we wanted. She was able to show us the car immediately and we took it for a test drive! The greatest part was she was never pushy in trying to get information about us. To me the biggest turn off is when a sales person wants all my personal information prior to purchasing a car. They had me go back 3 times to resign papers. Promised me a 6% interest rate when I left then when I came back had to resign for 8% interest rate. Not only that but they ran my credit so many tim Promised me a 6% interest rate when I left then when I came back had to resign for 8% interest rate. Not only that but they ran my credit so many times it went down 20+ points in just a week. They also promised me a detail and they just ran water over it. Things were sporadic, inconsistent and I didn’t feel like I mattered. The first time I bought a car was a little better at Honda than this second time. I am still very hesitant on a referral and if I’m going stay with them moving forward. More
