IMHO, when you buy a car, you are buying an ownership experience as well as a vehicle. My ownership experience with Honda has been superb and far better than my experience with other brands. Findlay Ho experience as well as a vehicle. My ownership experience with Honda has been superb and far better than my experience with other brands. Findlay Honda Henderson has provided me with consistently excellent service during my years in this valley. My service writer, Dominyc at the dealership's Express Service, did an excellent job for me, even though I arrived late in the day. Everything was explained properly, and the work was done efficiently and at a fair price. Barring the unforeseen, only Findlay Honda Henderson will ever put a wrench on my vehicle. Keep up the good work! More

The only reason I am not giving Judy 5 stars is due to the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, w the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, which is what I planned on, 4) after 4 1/2 hours of not receiving any communication, I had to send a text asking status, 5) my car was not ready until after 3:30 PM. I work, so all I ask is to be informed of the status so I know what my next steps need to be. More
