The only reason I am not giving Judy 5 stars is due to the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, w the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, which is what I planned on, 4) after 4 1/2 hours of not receiving any communication, I had to send a text asking status, 5) my car was not ready until after 3:30 PM. I work, so all I ask is to be informed of the status so I know what my next steps need to be. More

Made an appointment with my service writer, last week, for Tuesday, 28 November. Arrived at appointed time and my service writer, Tim Villani, came to meet me and go over my service needs. Tim came to me for Tuesday, 28 November. Arrived at appointed time and my service writer, Tim Villani, came to meet me and go over my service needs. Tim came to me mid way through repair with update of 30 more minutes to completion. 30 minutes later came and got me in the waiting area. Service perform correctly and I was on my way. More
