Service visit on 09/05/23 for a Honda error code TT04 that has been present since new car delivery on 03/04/23. Honda Motors Torrance Headquarters customer service personnel have been telling me there is that has been present since new car delivery on 03/04/23. Honda Motors Torrance Headquarters customer service personnel have been telling me there is no fix and it will be 6 months or longer before a fix will resolve the issue. I brought the vehicle into the service department to begin a paper trail. Skylar was great, he understood the issue, my complaint and frustration. He spoke directly with the service technician that took their time, rooted around and found a fix, again after 6 months of Honda Motors telling their dealers, there was no fix yet. This is my 19th year, soon to be 20 years with Findlay Honda Henderson, they are customer service oriented. More

We took our 2019 Honda Passport in for 2 Recall issues and a minor power train issue. Fernando was our service advisor. I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot Trailsport with a trade in vehicle and ended up spending much more than I expected. I did not try to negotiate because I needed a vehicle that could tow 5,000 lbs, sea trade in vehicle and ended up spending much more than I expected. I did not try to negotiate because I needed a vehicle that could tow 5,000 lbs, seat 7, could go off road, had a tow hitch and harness. Just 5 things. The buying experience was easy, and I felt like everybody was getting what they wanted so I took the price they gave me. Before I signed everything, I asked the salesman to check and make sure that there was a 7 pin connector harness connected because I couldn't see it. He told me that it was there... I just needed to use a screwdriver to take off the cover on the rear bumper. He didn't have one so we proceeded with the sale. I get it home and wanted to test out the towing to see if everything was working on my trailer. Lo and Behold!!! NO TRAILER HARNESS! It came equipped with a trailer hitch and a transmission cooler but NO HARNESS!? I called the dealer the next day to tell them and hopefully they could resolve this issue... after all... They told me it was there when I bought it. Now that they had my sale... they acted like it was my fault for not having a screwdriver on me when I bought it! After dropping over $50,000 on this vehicle, they proceeded to charge me $230 for a harness that they told me was there when I bought it. I wasn't trying to scam them, but I surely felt scammed myself... Update: They reached out to me and said there was a miscommunication. They reimbursed me for the trailer pin install and apologized. I changed to 4 star because they went the extra mile. I appreciate their customer service. More
