I brought my 2017 Civic in for service, and also to repair an under-car splash guard. Dominyc Z was great in getting my service done and also providing me information on getting the splash guard repair repair an under-car splash guard. I took my 2019 Odyssey to be serviced and Antonio C. was understanding of my situation. He explained what needed to be done in a way that I understood and let me know about upcoming repairs. He stated that they were backed up and the repairs could take up to 2 hours. I was surprised when he contacted me to let me know that my car was ready less than 2 hours.
