I took my 2018 Honda CR-V for the first time to Findlay Honda Henderson for a seatbelt recall. My service advisor was very good at explain the process and approximate timeframe for the service. Instead of purchasing a new pickup, decided to rebuild/refurbish/maintain my 2006 Ridgeline (108,000 miles). From the beginning she understood how important this Ridgeline transformation was and the cost involved. She is a seasoned pro who knows how Findaly/Honda Service works. Findlay completed a full on replace/repair/maintain order and returned my Ridgeline in three business days as promised.
