Had appointment at 1:15p was greeted by Carlos C. Very attentive and explained everything to me. Had to wait for them to do a diagnostic test and made me aware of how long it would take. Results, I had chosen to leave the car till they got the part. Everything was fine on a timely manner. Excellent Service and I was very appreciative of Carlos’s follow up.
