Buyer Beware! This dealership has absolutely NO integrity. We signed the paperwork to put a deposit down on a vehicle, though it was Saturday night, and no on This dealership has absolutely NO integrity. We signed the paperwork to put a deposit down on a vehicle, though it was Saturday night, and no one was there to run the deposit. After another test drive on Sunday, we had an appointment at 4:30 p.m. Monday to finalize the deal. By mid-morning Monday, they sold the car out from under us - even after we called and said to run the deposit (which we were told suddenly they could not run when they claimed they could have on Saturday - if someone had been there to run it). No apology or taking responsibility for the horrific treatment. Before that, we had been traveling out of our way to be customers in the service department. We will NEVER go back to this dealership. They are money-focused, not customer-focused. More

I worked with Q and Tolu on getting a Civic Hatchback. They were both Nice and professional salsemen. The car was being shipped to the dealership and on the pricing sheet they showed me this was the following Market adjustment- 3,000 Protection package - 3,000 Tax - 3,500 P/Plate App- 995 For a 31k MSRP car and for them to not try and rip me and anyone dumb enough to pay that off like that is crazy. Cool salesmen, horrible Price negotiating saying “thats how the market is”. I feel like they put a $3000 dollar market adjustment on there just to say i can take this off of the deal like they are actually lowering the cost when they arent and they are just bs numbers. More
