Outstanding service department, every time I've been here, for routine maintenance and beyond ... Tim was my Service Manager for my oil change, brakes, coolant, tire rotation, and by the way that remind here, for routine maintenance and beyond ... Tim was my Service Manager for my oil change, brakes, coolant, tire rotation, and by the way that reminds me to remind anyone and everyone that you can purchase your next set of tires right here at Findlay - I didn't know this until fairly recently, so no need to go to one of those tire stores, just come here! Also, their up front pricing is pretty much dead on accurate, so no need to worry about being ambushed afterward with an inflated final total - that won't happen here at Findlay, so fellow senior citizens you can leave your oxygen tank at home, you won't be fainting from any kind of sticker shock. Also, they've routinely, in the past, performed free services for me, such as checking to make sure my air conditioner wasn't leaking, this past summer, and on another occasion dislodged a plastic hard hat construction worker's helmet, which was jammed up under there. And I didn't have any coffee but it sure looks like it's high end quality stuff. Thanks Tim and Crew. More
