This visit was for my 2020 H-RVs 15,000 mile maintenance. We are going to do some traveling on Monday, so I telephoned on Wednesday afternoon and was able to get a 7:00 am appointment on Thursday morning. My service representative, Judy T. took great care of me, detailed the work to be done, gave me an estimate, and said she'd call when the care was ready for pickup. She was spot-on with everything and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile for me! More

In 2021, we worked with Jay in getting our son a car. We liked that he was no pressure, and we felt like we got a good deal. Fast forward to August of this year. We ordered our daughter's car throug We liked that he was no pressure, and we felt like we got a good deal. Fast forward to August of this year. We ordered our daughter's car through Jay. He knew he was going to be out for some time, so he let me know Jack would be helping us. We received the phone call from Jack on 11/1 that our daughter's car had arrived! I had to communicate via text with Jack since this was a huge surprise for our daughter! He was EXCELLENT in commuicating, and we were able to show up to the dealership and just sign! He helped us pull off this surprise, and we are very grateful for all his help! He is a good guy, and we recommend Jack and Jay if you are ever in the market for a Honda! More
