I decided to take my 2012 Honda Accord in for an oil change, transmission fluid change and brake fluid change (recommended by Honda technician and the price was fair, since I compared it online and also change, transmission fluid change and brake fluid change (recommended by Honda technician and the price was fair, since I compared it online and also called my mechanic for a quote) done on September 26, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. I was apprehensive because I watch Scotty Kilmore on YouTube and if you watch Scotty he doesn't like people being ripped off by dishonest car dealerships (most of them) & crooked mechanics. Scooty's opinion matters most to me! Well, Judy Tweedy was my service consultant and she was exceptional! Her customer service (people skills) from when I arrived till I left was meticulous, that's rare now these days. I work in the service industry also and appreciate it. Just to kinda test Honda, I asked if crush washers will be replaced when the oil & transmission fluid are changed and she said "Yes, washers are always replaced to prevent leaks." Thumps up! I had forgotten to mention a discount when I gave her my keys. Later I asked about it and she just smiled and said "You don't have to worry, I'll take care you", another thumbs up! It was the way she interacted with me, that's what I remember most. The price was in line with my go to mechanic, the job was done in the stated time period. I'll still use my mechanic but now I have another avenue for my car service needs...as long as Findlay keeps hiring good people like Judy! More

Was having battery issues so took it in to Findley Henderson. Service consultant Antonio met me in line and told me the diagnostic tests they would run.... After 15 minutes he found me and told me th Henderson. Service consultant Antonio met me in line and told me the diagnostic tests they would run.... After 15 minutes he found me and told me the battery was fine with the initial test, but was dead 5 minutes later. Gave recommendation on new battery with warranty info, price and time frame. He let me know when the battery had been installed and gave me the paperwork, then walked me to the car. Nice guy. See Antonio if you can. More

I took my CRV in with a possible oil leak and everything was fine. The advisor Rob was fantastic and even too photos of the area and fully explain the area of my concern.
