I've been coming here since I bought my CRV in 2019 from Findlay. I've never had an issue with service, and that was true of my latest visit. Initially I had a code that indicated more would be needed, but the service attendant I spoke with said some of the service wouldn't be necessary as they'd been done fairly recently. We also discussed a few things that will have to be handled before it gets really hot out. As always, they were great and my car came back to me after about an hour. The showroom has a nice waiting area with some beverages provided and snacks and other drinks available to buy. More

He will not say it is this and just fix it. He makes sure that the problem is diagnosed, and the issue is confirmed before the car gets repaired. Bryant is the BEST! I have been a customer of Findlay Honda Henderson for 21 years. Bryant has been the second-best, Awesome, Professional, and Excellent Service Advisor I have had there.
