I took my Pilot SUV in for an oil change after a 3200 mile trip. I was immediately greeted by Taylor Broadbent. We discussed the service including overdue service items. On the outbrief we discussed the items over due for maintenance that was listed as requested. I advised I would schedule maintenance as the budget allows. Taylor is an excellent communicator, the service was fast and efficient getting me out quickly is a plus. Check out was easy, too. Could not be more pleased with the service at all stations. Also spoke with parts department on an under engine cover missing after my trip, polite and efficient! I recommend this service center! Five star service by Taylor! More
