Since moving to NV in 2017, I have had my 2015 Accord serviced at Findlay Honda in Henderson, NV. The service has always been impeccable. My latest visit was with Turner for brakes. We had an issues with an intermittent noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. Our service advisor Tim Villani asked questions and took careful notes. It took a few days to get the parts in and to get t the rear passenger wheel. Our service advisor Tim Villani asked questions and took careful notes. It took a few days to get the parts in and to get the necessary repairs completed. The repairs were not cheap but the diagnosis and repairs were accurate. I hear so many stories about mechanics incorrectly guessing and taking the VERY expensive “shotgun” approach to auto repair. I’m happy to report that our mechanic took his/ her time and fixed our 2009 CR-V correctly the first time. Thank you Findlay More
