I went in for oil change service and reattachment of strike plate on the underside of the car. When I drove the car, I noticed a knocking sound that was not there before. I took the car back in to be strike plate on the underside of the car. When I drove the car, I noticed a knocking sound that was not there before. I took the car back in to be checked out and was told everything was fine, and if it keeps up to bring it back in on the next Monday. While driving out of town the knocking sound got louder and worse, I heard a Thud from the car and the dashboard lit up with error codes. I made it to the side of the road and at that point my tire came off of the posts and the Lugnuts were missing from the tire. I was able to reattach the tire with Lugnuts from the other tires, which is when I found at least 2 loose Lugnuts. We made it to a service station to check the underside of the car and tighten the Lugnuts. I was able to reach the manager at the service department at the dealership and was told since we were safe and the car checked out, that they would be waiting for the car to be looked at and fixed. The manager did correct their mistake with improper attachment of the tire. When I first bought my car from this dealership, I would say the service was amazing, the last few times I have come in, they have forgot the little things like windshield wiper fluid, or the correct attachment of the strike plate on the underside of the car. Jonathan the service manager did make things right and did an absolutely great job with getting my car back to the way it was prior to this service. More

I took my 2018 Honda CR-V for the first time to Findlay Honda Henderson for a seatbelt recall. My service advisor was very good at explain the process and approximate timeframe for the service.
